UK leading customer service outsourcer to create Glasgow jobs following new contract win

Kura, a leading customer service outsourcing business, has announced a new partnership with Scottish Friendly, creating new careers in Glasgow.

Kura will work with the friendly society to provide industry-leading call centre outsourcing services to its customers, utilising their extensive expertise in the insurance and financial sector.
