36.4% of the HR professionals surveyed had at least one certification.
Only 5.2% of the respondents had a certification at the HR Assistant level, but that number goes up to 35.5% at the managerial level and over 50% for VP and C-level executives.
After earning an HR certification, pay increases may vary between 3%-28%, depending on the certification type and the individual’s professional profile.
Your chances of getting a promotion improve by as much as 10% to 25% after earning at least one certification.
